As part of  the Students and Alumni of Color (SAOC) Symposium 2014, GPN steering committee members attended the panel on “Extending the Anne-Marie Slaughter and Sheryl Sandberg Debate to Women of Color” that took place on Sunday, April 6.

GPN steering committee members had a wonderful visit to New York and the 58th Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) on Monday, March 17. The CSW is an annual gathering of UN Member States who come together to evaluate progress, identify challenges, and set global standards for the advancement of gender equality and women’s empowerment.
